Antioxidant Tonic

I love to drink fresh vegetable juice everyday if I can. Incorporate it into your daily routine, and notice your increased energy levels and radiant skin. This juice is loaded with antioxidants and vitamins, which help keep your immune system strong!

Serves 1

1 large beetroot
2 medium carrots
1 apple
a good handful of kale
1/2 Orange (peeled)
3 sprigs parsley
2 cm fresh ginger

Wash and chop the beetroot, carrots, apple and kale, and put through a juicer along with the other ingredients. Serve at once to get the full benefit of the antioxidants!
