Simply blend the cauliflower florets in a food processor or grate, using a grater until relatively fine.
1 medium cauliflower, washed with leaves and central core removed
a good pinch of salt
2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp coconut oil
Place the cauliflower florets into a food processor and blend until relatively fine (alternatively grate the florets using a grater). Melt the coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the ground cauliflower salt and turmeric, lightly fry for five minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with your favourite curry or dahl!
