Soak the almonds and steel-cut oats over night to really allow the enzymes to become active..
Serves 2 small or 1 large
1/4 pawpaw, peeled and de-seeded
2cm slice fresh pineapple, peeled and hard centre removed
1 orange, peeled
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup steel-cut oats
small handful almonds (just cover oats and almonds with water and soak overnight in the fridge)
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp honey
1 -2 tbsp water if needed
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.. Serve it right away!
