Avocado Feijoa & Berry Smoothie

Feijoas have a relatively short season so I like to use them in everything! Try this avocado, feijoa and berry smoothie next time you have lots of feijoas that need using up..


Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 cup rice milk
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
2 large feijoas
1/4 of and avocado
Large handful of mixed frozen berries
1 Tbsp coconut cream
Small wedge of lemon
1 tsp honey

Method:
Mix Chia seeds with rice milk and set aside to swell. Place all other ingredients into blender, followed by the rice milk with Chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
