Avocado Banana Pear and Chia Seed Smoothie

The avocado in this smoothie makes it seriously creamy without the use of any dairy. Packed full of healthy fat, protein, fiber and loads of other nutrients this smoothie will keep you going for a while!


Serves 1

Ingredients:
1/2 Avocado
1/2 banana
1/2 pear, washed and cored
1 cup rice milk
2 Tbsp coconut milk or cream
small handful ice
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey (optional)

Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
