Ingredients: (use organic where possible)
1 large handful of kale
1 small handful of sprouts (I used broccoli sprouts, but any would work fine)
1 handful of ice
2 Tbsp hemp protein powder
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2-3 cups coconut water
1/2 avocado, peeled and stone removed
1 apple, cored and cut into quarters
1 orange peeled and quartered
1 pear quartered
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
1-2 tsp spirulena
Pop all ingredients into the blender and whizz until smooth, then enjoy!
